The Best Western Education and Training Team, together with Maestro, created a series of microlearning videos and blended training activities to reinforce the onboarding at Best Western’s Boutique and Premier brand properties.
We wrote and filmed fun training videos that engaged learners, built consistency across their properties, and exemplifies the Best Western service culture in an exciting and memorable way. This project marks a turning point for Best Western in bringing their training into the future of hospitality.
